This wine has a rich ruby hue. The aroma is a seductive mix of red cherries, blackberries, liquorice, coffee and a hint of Mediterranean herbs, with a subtle oak undertone. The palate is rich, with powerful yet velvety tannins and a well-balanced acidity. Flavors of ripe red fruits, chocolate, hints of tobacco, and a touch of vanilla. The finish is persistent and lingering.
