Rich and intense, but not my personal style (ignore my star rating if you love Sherry, but it’s not for me) Deep mahogany with a powerful nose of raisins, figs, molasses and spice. The palate is viscous and ultra-sweet, with concentrated dried fruit, treacle and chocolate notes. Long and velvety, with balancing acidity. If you enjoy PX, this is a great example—I simply don’t like sweet sherry.
