Rounded and gentle.
Pale lemon with a soft nose of lemon and peach. The palate is smooth and easygoing, with mellow citrus and orchard fruit notes, but the acidity feels dialled down. I was expecting a bit more vibrancy and lift from this style. A decent glass, just not very memorable.
