A lovely Australian Riesling.
Pale lemon. Focused nose of lime zest, peach, white flowers, some petrol, that classic slate-like minerality as well as a touch of petrol. The palate shows impressive tension between crisp citrus, green apple and a steely mineral backbone. Vibrant acidity provides excellent structure while remaining perfectly balanced. Finishes long, clean and precise with lingering notes of lime and wet stone that speak clearly of its origin.
