Pale lemon with slight green hints. The nose shows ripe citrus, yellow apple, and pronounced limestone minerality. On the palate, the old vines reveal their character through added concentration and complexity – there’s lemon curd, ripe apple, and a touch of honey, all supported by that classic Chablis stoniness.
