We had it in a beautiful Magnum. Pale yellow, revealing a tapestry of petrol, honeysuckle, and citrus, draped over a mineral core. The palate marries orchard and stone fruit with preserved lemon and marmalade, vivified by enduring acidity, leading to an evolving, lengthy finish. An iconic Alsace treasure.
