Aromatic and vibrant, this is a textbook English Bacchus with lots of freshness and character.
Very pale straw with green hues. Bursting with elderflower, grapefruit, lemon zest and green apple on the nose. The palate is dry and crisp, showing zippy acidity, citrus, and grassy herbal notes. Finishes bright and refreshing. Great for warm days or with seafood.
