Pale lemon with a fine mousse. The nose reveals lemon zest, green apple, white blossom and pastry. The palate is focused and linear, showing bright acidity, a creamy mousse and precise citrus and orchard fruit. Elegant autolytic depth leads to a long, mineral finish. Very well made and showing real class.
