A mature and elegant sparkling wine with excellent complexity and harmony.
Golden in colour with a fine, gentle mousse. The nose opens with toasted nuts, lemon curd, baked apple and yeasty richness. The palate is rounded and creamy, showing excellent integration between fruit, acidity and autolytic depth. Long, dry and savoury finish. Very impressive bottle age character.
