Simple Dolcetto with bright acidity and fruit.
Bright ruby. Nose of red cherry and fresh berries. On the palate, very high acidity dominates, with light red fruit and minimal tannin. Refreshing but lacking depth and texture. Best served slightly chilled with light fare. Not memorable, but drinkable.
