Bright pale lemon color. Complex nose offering layers of citrus, ripe apple, white flowers, and intense mineral notes. The palate shows impressive depth and refinement with lemon, yellow apple, subtle stone fruit, and pronounced chalky minerality. High acidity provides excellent structure and balance.
