A refined and elegant expression from a cooler vintage. Deep ruby with garnet rim. The nose offers an attractive mix of red and black fruits, dried herbs, subtle spice and a hint of game. On the palate, there’s excellent balance between ripe cherry, blackberry and more savory elements of leather and black olive. Medium to full-bodied with well-integrated tannins providing good structure without overwhelming. The finish is long and harmonious with a pleasant mineral undertone.
