A beautifully made old-vine Chenin with depth, purity and lovely texture!
Pale gold with green hues. The nose shows quince, peach skin, wild herbs and a touch of lanolin. On the palate, it’s dry and layered, with ripe citrus, yellow apple, a waxy texture and firm, bright acidity. Long, mineral-driven finish. A superb example from dry-farmed bush vines.
