One of my favourite Proseccos.
Pale straw with persistent fine bubbles. The nose offers typical white peach, apple, and acacia flower notes. Off-dry, with a gentle mousse and adequate acidity. The palate delivers those same orchard fruits with a touch of almond on the finish. Reasonable length for Prosecco.
