A decent South African Chenin Blanc.
Pale gold color. Clean nose of green apple, pear and subtle honey notes. The palate is medium-plus bodied with adequate fruit concentration showing citrus, tropical fruits and a touch of quince. Moderate acidity provides balance. The finish is straightforward with average length, showing a hint of typical Chenin beeswax character. While not particularly complex, it delivers honest varietal character at its price point.
