Fruit-forward with a soft structure.
Deep ruby color. The nose presents red and black cherry backed by subtle herbal notes. Medium-bodied with soft, accessible tannins and moderate acidity providing adequate structure. The fruity, velvety palate doesn’t quite deliver the complexity you might hope for from Crozes-Hermitage, but offers an acceptable introduction to the region’s style. The finish is pleasant if somewhat brief.
