Vivid ruby with a nose of ripe plum, blackberry and black pepper. The palate is bold and fruit-driven with jammy black fruit, hints of liquorice and spice. Tannins are grippy and acidity is moderate. Straightforward and rustic, offering energy but lacking complexity or finesse.
