A well-made Alsatian aromatic.
Pale gold. Typical nose of lychee, rose petal, ginger and ripe yellow fruits. The palate shows moderate concentration with tropical fruits, Turkish delight and subtle spice notes. Off-dry with adequate acidity providing some freshness to balance the natural richness of the variety. The finish is clean with moderate length and a pleasant spicy quality.
