This biodynamic Champagne, predominantly Pinot Noir (85%) and 15% Chardonnary, shows with a light golden hue and lively bubbles. On the nose you get aromas of fresh brioche, honey, green apple, acacia and white flowers. On the palate, it balances crisp acidity and a creamy texture, offering flavors of lemon zest and a hint of almond. The finish is refreshing with a touch of salinity.
