A light, dry Gavi with clean citrus fruit and a touch of almond, though a little lean overall.
Pale lemon in colour. The nose is delicate with lemon peel and green apple. On the palate, it’s crisp and neutral, with light citrus flavours, high acidity and a slightly bitter almond note on the short finish. Refreshing but simple.
