Deep purple with violet hints, this wine shows remarkable purity. The nose opens with intense black plums and cracked black pepper, backed by subtle violet notes and a distinctive granitic minerality. On the palate, it’s focused and refined – layers of blackberry and olive tapenade mingle with savory herbs and a touch of smoked meat.
