Colombard and Ugni Blanc bring citrus brightness, Viognier adds floral lift, and Vermentino gives peachy texture. Fermented cool and aged briefly on lees, it’s aromatic and fresh with lemon, white peach and wild herb notes, finishing smooth and clean.
