The 2022 Masca del Tacco Lu Rappaio Primitivo di Manduria displays a deep ruby color. The nose is rich with aromas of vanilla, cherry, prune, smoked wood, and cedar. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and decadent with flavors of plum, black cherry, coffee, and oak, complemented by low tannins and low acidity. The long finish is reminiscent of Black Forest cake and roasted cocoa, making it a truly indulgent wine.
