Pale straw with fine bubbles. Aromas of green apple and citrus. The palate is fresh and fruity with zippy acidity and flavors of lemon, pear and the tiniest touch of toast. Pleasant and well-made, though not particularly complex. A solid crowd-pleasing aperitif choice.
