Château Greysac
Médoc 2011
Black fruit stew and forest floor. Sporting a deep ruby color, this Médoc carries the essence of slightly overripe blackberries mingled with tobacco and earthy notes. On the palate, soft tannins wrestle with a lack of acidity, creating a somewhat unbalanced act. Flavors of dark fruits and a hint of damp earth lead to a medium finish that, while pleasant, leaves one wishing for a bit more vibrancy or a sharper finish to elevate the experience.
