Crisp and bone-dry (ignore my star rating if you love Sherry, it reflects my preference, not the quality of the wine)
Pale gold with a classic Fino nose of green olives, almonds, yeast and sea spray. The palate is light-bodied, bracingly dry, with saline minerality and a tangy finish. A benchmark Fino, and brilliant for food matching, though personally I find it too austere.
