Exton Park’s RB32 Brut offers a lively pale gold color with persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh with peach, apricot, and brioche. On the palate, it’s bright and fruity, with flavors of stone fruit and a hint of toasted bread. The acidity is well-balanced, making for a clean and refreshing finish. While it’s enjoyable and approachable, it could use a bit more complexity.
