Bright, crisp and elegant, this is a very good example of English sparkling rosé that offers both freshness and charm.
Pale salmon-pink in colour with fine bubbles. The nose is delicate, showing wild strawberries, citrus peel and a hint of brioche. On the palate, red berry fruit is joined by zesty acidity and subtle autolytic notes. The finish is dry and persistent, with good tension and finesse.
