Pale straw in colour. Lifted nose of citrus peel, elderflower and crushed stone. The palate is dry and racy, with crisp acidity, lemon, green apple and a flinty edge. Linear and mineral-driven with a clean, long finish. Excellent with shellfish or goat cheese.
