A lovely South African Chenin that proves why Swartland is producing some of the world’s most exciting white wines.
Medium lemon. Complex nose of yellow apple, quince, honey and subtle flinty notes. The palate delivers good concentration with stone fruits, citrus oil and a distinct mineral character clearly expressing its schist soils. Medium to full-bodied with excellent textural depth balanced by vibrant acidity. Finishes long with a pleasing phenolic grip and saline quality.
