The 2020 Schloss Vollrads Schlossberg displays a pale golden color. The nose is complex with aromas of minerals, stone, flint, petroleum, and pear. On the palate, it has high acidity with flavors of peach, apple, honeysuckle, and lemon. The finish is long and refreshing, making it a very good wine that will age well.
