Chardonnay with a dash of Nebbiolo. Pale lemon, this unique blend intrigues from the start. The nose is an unusual mix of citrus and white flowers. On the palate, it’s crisp and refreshing, with flavors of green apple and lemon zest. For me, it has slight soapy notes which detracted a little. Medium-bodied with a clean finish, this wine is definitely a conversation starter for curious wine lovers.
