Ribera del Duero’s aromatic charmer. Deep ruby in color. The nose is a knockout – an intoxicating blend of ripe red fruits, exotic spices (especially clove), violets, and hints of truffle and cedar. On the palate, it’s surprisingly soft and approachable for a Ribera. Silky tannins and gentle acidity cradle flavors of red cherry, tobacco, and a whisper of orange peel. Medium-bodied with a finish that, while not extremely long, leaves a pleasant memory of this perfumed beauty.
