Dry, nutty, and complex (ignore my star rating if you love Sherry, it reflects my preference, not the quality of the wine)
Amber in colour with classic aromas of hazelnut, dried citrus peel, and a touch of salinity. The palate is bone dry, medium-bodied, with oxidative nutty flavours and a long, savoury finish. A well-made Amontillado, but sherry is not something I personally gravitate toward.
